The Corinthos family is a fictional family on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. The family is known for its involvement in organized crime.

Mobster Michael Corinthos Jr. is the most well-known member of the Corinthos family. He is the son of Adela Corinthos and Mike Corbin, born Michael Corinthos Sr. Mike divorced Adela, who ended up having another son with Trevor Lansing named Ric. Mike had a relationship with Janine Matthews, which produced a daughter named Courtney. Sonny was once married to Carly Benson. He adopted her son, Michael; and they eventually had another son together, Morgan. It is later revealed that when he was a teenager, Sonny had a relationship with Olivia Falconeri, who eventually gave birth to Sonny's son, Dante. During his tumultuous relationship with Carly, Sonny had an affair with Alexis Davis, which produced a daughter, Kristina. Courtney was engaged to Nikolas Cassadine and gave birth to his son, Spencer, but she died soon after.
