Jill Farren Phelps is a former executive producer for the ABC soap opera General Hospital from January of 2001 until January of 2012.

Previously, Phelps had been the executive producer of Santa Barbara (1987-1991), Guiding Light (1991-1995), Another World (1995-1996) and One Life to Live (1997-2001). Since departing GH, Phelps has been the executive producer of Hollywood Heights (2012) and currently of The Young and the Restless since October of 2012. She was also the executive producer for the first season of the GH spinoff General Hospital: Night Shift in 2007.
