Kirsten Renee Storms is an American actress most known for her lead role in Disney Channel's original movie Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century and her roles as Isabella "Belle" Black on NBC's soap opera Days of Our Lives and Maxie Jones on ABC's General Hospital.

Early Life

Storms was born on April 8, 1984 in Orlando, Florida to Mike and Karen Storms. She has three siblings, a younger sister named Gretchen, an older brother named Austin and a step-brother named Chris. She was discovered when she was 5 years old by a talent scout who convinced her parents to put her into an intensive children's program in New York.
Storms appeared in several commercials and then landed her first role on ABC's Second Noah. She went on to star in several other television series and movies. Among those Disney Channel's original movies, Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century, Zenon: The Zequel, and Zenon: Z3.
Career and personal lifeEdit
In 1999, Storms was cast in the role of Isabella "Belle" Black on the NBC soap opera Days of Our Lives. She played the role of Belle from 1999 to 2004. In 2005 she was cast in the role of Mariah Maximilliana Jones, daughter of supercouple Frisco and Felicia Jones on the ABC soap opera General Hospital. She continues to play the role of Maxie to this day.
Storms is very close friends with current General Hospital co-star Kelly Monaco. They were both featured in the reality show Dirty Soap which debuted on September 25, 2011. She is also close friends with co-stars Kimberly McCullough and Jason Thompson.
In 2011, Storms had to take a medical leave from General Hospital due to endometriosis. She was temporarily replaced by actress Jen Liley from September 28, 2011 to August 10, 2012. Dirty Soap showed her dealing with the painful illness, and how her friends Kelly Monaco and Farah Fath tried to learn more about what she is going through and help her.
She is currently dating her General Hospital co-star Brandon Barash.
